Having Colonial Blvd. name changes to Jack F.Rowley Blvd

destinatario: The people of St.Bernard

They are trying to change the name of one of local streets but the idea I had was to change the name to someone who meant something to St Bernard and the people of our parish.
Mr.Rowley was out D.A. for 52 yrs. and made a great impact on St.Bernard and it's people,
please help in honoring Mr. Rowley in such a great way.
