Slow Down Traffic on Colima Rd. 90604

Motorist travel at high speeds on Colima Rd. from Lambert Rd. to Telegraph Rd. with no speed enforcement from neither C.H.P nor the Sheriff's, there's been numerous traffic collisions and the city has done nothing to fix this problem. A solution to this problem would be in adding speed bumps to slow traffic and potentially minimize the amount of vehicles that travel through Colima Rd.
