The police force is actively restraining the free use of public space around Luther lake and Downtown Dickson.

The officers are citing "complaints"%2C even though there is no know reason for any complaints%2C to have been made.

This seems more%2C to be adding to the police forces patrolling duties%2C and this seems to be the real cause of this crackdown on public freedom.
