Small businesses ripped of at OPSM

We are a small business in Batemans Bay. We recently did a shop at the new OPSM store. The company contracted by OPSM to do the works employed us. After the job was done the company did not pay us or return our calls. We contacted OPSM who had not yet paid the company and asked them to pay us as we hadn't been paid and we didn't trust them. 

OPSM refused to pay us and paid the contractor, after months of chasing the company and extra legal fees we have been told that they have closed up shop.

We believe OPSM has a duty of care to us as sub contractors.  We are petitioning against OPSM and inviting anyone that thinks OPSM has a duty of care to us to not use the services of OPSM until we are paid in full for the job
