Oppose the City of Emporia Curbside recycle Service "Forced Fee/Tax"

It is time for all of the citizens to keep the FEW from dictating/forcing their WILL/WISHES/WANTS upon the many who may not or can not afford to pay for the WANTS of the FEW!
It is time to stand up for your rights as a citizen and taxpayer and end the DOMINATION/RULE of the FEW upon our Local City Government and the rest of the citizens/taxpayers of Emporia, Kansas.
