Allow ages 15+ to qualify for a CCW / Open carry

School shootings, International Terrisom, Amber Alerts, Pedophiles, Home Invasions. Your child is by themselves! All parents are concerned about their children's safety. I am concerned that teenagers dont have the right protection provided to them if they need it. (Example: Florida school shooting resource officer did nothing) teachers wont arm themselves yet they want their students to be safe. I think teenagers should step up to protect themselves and the future adults who could save the world! With world peace, cure to cancer, space exploration. All of our kids should be safe and protected. I want kids with the ages 15 or up to be able to apply for a CCW (Conceal Carry Weapon) or open carry, Only if they qualify and go through finger prints and background checks (every child will be accounted for), teenagers who goto school should have an open carry pistol to identify them and line up before entering the school to show the resource officer their open carry license, doors will have metal detectors for knifes or guns, teenagers may not grab their guns incase of an emergency or handgun range activities.
