Terminate porter at 67-11 Yallowstone Blvd Q4 Forest Hills, NY

We the owners of the Co-Op and tenants of the Co-op with to termitite the porter. We have been complaining to Stan the head super and Mike Rudolph the property manager for the past two years, He does not do his job. He onky takes out garbage and sometime mop after we complain. Since the elevator is having a modernizations done he hasn't clean and everything is filthy. It's not my job to do his job.
