Demand Media to stop sensationalizing mass shootings and the murderers

We as a nation need to stand together and let large media know that we do not agree with or condone them glorifying mass murderers and perpetuating future events by politicizing and pandering these egregious acts to fit an agenda. We as a nation need to stand in solidarity and let them know it is not acceptable to give these people the fame they desire, and focus on positivity and reinforce values, not create separation and hatred by narrative.

Furthermore, as part of the petition, the signers and cosigners agree to be more mindful of those around them and be open to helping people who are struggling instead of mocking, berating or otherwise insulting individuals further- we all have our struggles, it is how we treat others that defines us.
