Change school system, ASAP

School systems that are like ours today are over a century old, class rooms from 100 years ago and in 2016 are no different . The test system worsens students as some students arnt going that route. Basically it's a test that's telling a fish to climb a tree. The teachers are underpaid, and there one of the most important people in society, no teaches no education. Ofsted say how a school is with a week of being there, most of them haven't ever reached in their life . How to resolve this , look at Finland do what they do. Smaller school days, teachers get paid more, no homework etc. And where are they on the education rankings. FIRST. We need to learn
