Provide safer street crossing for employees

On a daily basis employees must cross either W Broadway St or W Spruce St at busy times of day with near miss accidents. Meaning employees nearly getting run over or hit by motor vehicles. W Spruce is particularily bad as there are bus stop on both side of the street near one of the cross walks that creats a very dangerous encounter because cars attempt to pass buses while picking up and droping off patrons.

I believe that adding the pedestian flashing yellow lights that have been added to several different areas around Missoula need be added to these areas to help ensure the safty of the employees of St Patricks Hospital.
