Her name is Nguyen Thi Bich Van, 54 years old- a homeless woman whose property are only a bicycle and 4 cages for her dogs and lives on the pavement of 190 Ham Tu street, Ward 1, District 5, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. She is helping over 20 handicapped dogs, which are left behind by their owners.
Everyday, she walks along the streets of the city to collect empty bottles and cans or garbage to sell to get money. She uses all the money to buy food and water for the dogs. She is like a mother who cares for her handicapped "children"
However, this woman is so poor, she doesn't have a home and cannot support herself, let alone the dogs. We highly appreciate any donation or support from kind-hearted people all over the world.
