Help Alexander Krot get back his dwelling!

Alexander  Krot  is  a veteran of  Chernobyl.  The atomic  power  station  explosion  are tragic  for  all  nation  and   especially   for  liquidators.   Alexander  is   one  of  the  liquidators  of   the consequences of   the  explosion.
He  suffered  five  operations on the spine and  now he is  an invalid  of  Сhernobyl. 
I  ask people to sign this  petition  because  now  this  hero  is  homeless. 
This knavish trick  was  made  by  the  officials.
