Demand to Stop Raw Sewage Dumping In the Pacific!

Victoria B.C. does not have a sewage system so they have been dumping their sewage into the Juan de Fuca Straight for many years now. By doing so, they are polluting the Pacific Ocean and destroying the habitat of marine animals. Victoria is trying to install a sewage system but all of their plans and dates are tentative, so they are not really all that committed to it, or very worried about it.
