Re-legalize Marijuana

Marijuana has alot of advantages an no disadvantages. less adictictive or harmful than cigarettes and alcohol i propose the govt re-legalize it and institute a program not to regulate or distribute it but to tax individuals that uses it, a 'weed licence' if u will.

Advantages range from healthier citizens that will in turn reduce govt healthcare expenditure to increased tourism to less violent crimes.
