Due Process for Jose Padilla

We the undersigned urge that Jose Padilla be given his appeal in a swift and humane manner and that he be granted due process under the laws of the United States of America. We feel that a three year detention with no trial, no charges, and no resolution to his position is unjust and unjustified.
