$25,000 BOND FOR KILLING A 7YR CHILD

This man Jimmy Dale Parks was arrested for killing and dragging a 7 year old boy (Antione Shaw Jr.)and yet his bond was set at 25,000. He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, tampering with physical evidence and operationg a vehicle with a suspended license. And not for murder!!
The 7 year old boy was riding his scooter near his home, and struck by Jimmy Dale Parks 1985 Pontiac 6000 about 8pm. Antione was carried some distance on the grill of the car before Jimmy Parks stopped. Then he fled the scene.
