Riverdale Rd @ Garden Walk Blv community PETTION for improvement of hazardous condition for passengers and pedestrains

In this area in this year Alone 6 pedestrians were struck and killed by vehicles on Riverdale Road in Garden Walk Jacob Foster the boy was killed December 21st 2018 February 11th 2019 a 23 year old man hit and run and recently a 20 year old named Sayana was also killed in a pedestrian accident. I have written up this petition of writ to use our alien rights from rev.1 992 the First Amendment and title 42 United States code Ch21 . the community of College Park and the residents who pay taxes have come together to voice their opinion about the safety their fellow human beings.
