To provide students who object to dissection on ethical or religious grounds, the right to use effectively proven video- and computer-based alternatives.

We, the undersigned, acknowledge that some students object to dissection and vivisection in class on religious or ethical grounds. We therefore support the creation of a school-wide policy guaranteeing undergraduate students at the University of Illinois- Champaign the choice of a suitable non-animal alternative at no penalty.
