Parks or Condos for Key Biscayne?
The purpose of this petition is to request the Village Council adhere to our Master Plan’s promise to acquire additional parks and recreation space.
We, the undersigned request that the Village Council enforce our own Master Plan’s commitment to acquire additional land for parks, recreation and open space. Furthermore we request that this additional land be permanently acquired or leased for more than 50 years within the Village of Key Biscayne, or immediately adjacent. Finally, we request that the Village Council acquire the land before any building permits are issued for additional multifamily residences.
