In British Columbia, we stand to lose caribou forever.

Without enough habitat, B.C.'s endangered mountain caribou are on a path to extinction. Since 2012, at least three herds of mountain caribou in the province have been lost due to human-caused loss of habitat.

The Canadian government has an obligation to protect these animals under the Species at Risk Act. You can pressure provincial and federal governments to protect caribou habitat and ensure the continued survival of caribou across the province.
