East Bank Nurses support a request for more personnel on the night shift for a more timely and effec

Patients are waiting to long for an available patient room to recover from their illness. We only have one House Keeper on the night shift to clean all the discharged units, clean all the stats, and to clean all ancillary areas. One staff member is not enough workforce for the demands we have every night. One person cannot give timely services or efficient cleanings for the whole east side on the night shift. Customer Service and quality suffers and so does our patients when the demands of the hospital is not staffed properly. This must change, our patents suffer and wait too long for a healing place. Give us more help for discharge cleanings on the night shift!
