Demand nfl to investigate fraudulent tampering buy the New England Patriots and restore the Raiders draft picks

I am starting a petition for the National Football League commissioner to investigate tampering by the New England Patriots with Oakland Raiders receiver Antonio Brown. It is my belief that it compromises the Integrity of the game if players are allowed to act out until they release to be picked up by another team when promised. I feel that it is discriminatory and adversely affects teams that are rebuilding and aren't Super Bowl caliber quite yet
