Amazon, Paypal and Apple constantly censor, ban and silence ordinary people who try to publish on Kindle, iPad and iPhone. They disregard Constitutional freedom of speech, expression, and freedom to choose what to read and buy. They abuse their 'terms and conditions' to control and regulate without genuine legal accountability. This is is Mafia Corporate Governance over genuine rule of law!
The small writer Baldassare Cossa, for example, wrote 'Tales Of Depravity', which was banned as 'pornographic', yet Amazon permits many other best sellers such as 50 Shades Of Grey, American Psycho and 120 Days Of Sodom to be published on Kindle, and countless other 'erotic' or 'pornographic' books, and literature which depicts violence - simply because it makes big money.
This is unfair and arbitrary discrimination - it is prejudice based on vague terms and conditions that consist of a single sentence. This allows Amazon, Paypal and Apple to control, silence, and steal the revenues of any persons they deem 'immoral' or unfit members of society.
