We Can't Ignore Global Warming -- Vote NO on Prop 23

California's bipartisan, ground-breaking renewable and clean energy standard is under attack. A dangerous and deceptive ballot initiative, Prop 23, would effectively nullify the law and undermine efforts to combat global warming and build a clean energy future.

Even worse, two Texas oil companies -- Tesoro and Valero -- are spending millions of dollars to ramrod through this cynical measure on November's ballot.

Just as California leads the way in championing environmental protection, this setback could have serious ramifications for other renewable energy standards and other global warming laws around the country.
