For 75 years, UNICEF (the United Nations Children's Fund) has worked tirelessly for the rights and well-being of every child. Whoever they are, wherever they are. Undeterred by the scale of the crises, we rise to the challenge, reimagine what is possible and respond by helping millions of children survive and thrive. Our on-the-ground expertise has reached more than 191 countries and territories, through committed partnerships and a passion for innovation.
Over those last 75 years the world has changed immeasurably but still faces multiple crises today – the COVID 19 pandemic, armed conflict in Ukraine, climate change widespread social and economic challenges and rising poverty and inequality. These challenges impact us all, but they hit the most vulnerable children the hardest.
At UNICEF we are a community of people united by one belief: that every child should have the chance to change the world, but that belief can only be activated because of the generosity of our supporters who donate the vital funds needed for UNICEF's work. Gifts in Wills, of any amount, are a significant part of that funding and can play a crucial role in ensuring that UNICEF can reach and help the most vulnerable children in Australia and across the world for the next 75 years.
To commemorate us turning 75 at the end of last year we are asking for 750 Australians to make a simple pledge, that when they decide to create or update their Will that they would also consider leaving a gift to UNICEF to help build a better world for children.
Sign the pledge now and we'll also send you a free, no obligation gifts in Wills information guide.
