Most seniors cannot afford the cost of copays for the real medication that is needed for their health problems as those meds are on level 3 copay, plus insurance companies are deciding how much medication doses needed daily for pain and your medical problems.  Doctors should be the one deciding what their patient medication needs are, not a limited , higher cost level medication decided by medicare insurance companies.  AARP medicare recomended insurance is adding consulting programs via phone questioning how and what your doctors decisions as to what you need to get well or stay stable. ( The consulting doctors don't know your health history and your complete specific problems.  Spend that money on costs for doctor payments and prescription costs for seniors . Quit limiting their daily medication needs and quit punishing doctors for prescribing needed drugs and threatening to take medical license away due to how each individual senior or disabled have need for more or monitored (  by this doctor) opiates. These programs to monitor doctors prescribing what their documented medical records say seniors and disabled need is the wrong way to spend our medical program money! IT IS WRONG TO

C O N T R O L.   our health care in this manner and it is wasteful, plus making disabled and seniors suffer due to so called war on drugs that can help us and in a better cost for seniors and disabled. STOP THE CO S T  LEVEL   MONITORING NOW!
