Demand that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau repeal the current government hiring practices and hire based upon merit, rather than race, gender and sexual orientation!

Why are our tax dollars going to pay anyone but the most talented and qualified individuals? Currently, our government has gone as far as removing mandatory physical and intellectual testing and degree requirements in order to fill their "quotas" Female prison guards DO NOT do the same tasks as their male co-workers, nor do females in law enforcement and many other roles. Much of the scheduling difficulties and excessive overtime wages can be attributed to having to have enough competent workers on-shift to cover/balance with the incompetent/special employees. Most of us grew up believing that the best and most qualified people get the jobs! Remove race, color, gender and sexual orientation from hiring practices, they do not belong here!
