Don't Rob Americans of their Right to Vote

An unnamed Kansas Republican party affiliate is allegedly using an automated phone call to deliberately mislead Kansas voters that election day is tomorrow and that Kansas residents can't vote without proof that they own a home.

This isn't the first time that a scheme has kept voters from the polls. Their goal is to make it so that voters see voting as challenging and not worth their time, keeping them from affecting the polls.

Misleading people about their voter eligibility is a felony. While investigators are opening a case on voter intimidation, it doesn't stop successful schemers from doing it again. It's critical that Republican Party leadership stand up against misleading information.

Tell Republican party leadership to defend the American citizens' right to vote and ensure no one in their party is participating in voter fraud.
It is inherently un-American to rob citizens of their right to vote, but just as members allegedly connected to your party have used scare-tactics to keep voters from the polls before, there are reports of doing it again this year in Kansas.

Reports indicate that an unnamed Republican party in Kansas is using an automated phone call to deliberately mislead Kansas residents, saying erroneously that they can't vote without proof of home-ownership and that election day is November 3, rather than Tuesday November 2.

Using automated phone calls to deliberately mislead voters is a felony.

I urge your party to stand up against scare-tactics and intimidation to mislead voters and further hinder the voting process.
