Congress: LOOK at the GAO's list of wasteful departments, policies and paperwork, and abolish all of

Many years ago Congress established the Government Accountancy Office for the purpose of examining the federal government for redundancy, excessive bureaucracy, excessive paperwork, and other bureaucratic waste. The GAO did this, and came back with a report of no less than 1500 federal departments and sub-departments that were useless and a waste of money, and could be abolished with no loss of government service. Congress took this report and sat on it. To date, none of these wasteful and useless bureaucracies has been abolished. The GAO did its job; now Congress should do its job.
