Department work and pensions chasing social fund loans over 15 years old and detachment of earnings order

DWP enforcing detatchment of earnings order without a court order after 15 years chasing people for crisis loans when there benifits have been stopped oftrn through no fault of there own people should be protected. especially if DWP have no proof of claim after so many years and no5 taking into account low earnings and should not be able to access peoples income so easily without consent or a court order.
