Create a walkway to gain easier access to Building # 7954, Shore Park Apartments, Sacramento, CA 958

*To petition to have a walkway created in the space where a Sycamore tree was recently removed. 

*Roots from this Sycamore tree continue to upheave both covered and uncovered asphalt parking  surfaces on both sides of the proposed walkway.  Cars have a difficult time moving in and out over these exposed roots; space between cars is extremely limited as it is.

*People coming and going from these apartments  very frequently cannot move between the cars due to close proximity of cars to each other.  Space between cars is limited and unpredicable..

*People trip over the roots upheaving the asphalt. 

*Attempts to move into and move out of these apartments with furniture and belongings is frequently very difficult because there is often no space at all.  

*There are a few other areas around the apartments where handicapped access was created but they are far away. 

*There is now nothing in the place where the Sycamore used to be;  this empty space fulfills no purpose and benefits no one.  Please put this space to a more useful purpose designed to benefit the occupants of these apartments.
