The plans for the Sterling Bay Development are unfolding and we want to learn the opinion of Alderman Brain Hopkins towards development of a park. There are many ways to finance the park that won't put the burden on the taxpayers of Chicago. Also, there is a history of recently designed parks being developed along the Chicago River every 2 - 2 1/2 miles, beginning with La Villetas Park, Canal Origins Park & Park 571, Ping Tom Park, and then a h a five mile gap between the Riverwalk and Clark Playlot Park, exactly where the North Branch Park and Nature Preserve should be developed.
