In the year 2007, a criminal, pretending to be an artist, took a street dog and tied the innocent animal at a corner of an art gallery. That man, Guillermo Vargas Habacuc just let it die of starvation , while visitors at the gallery saw that criminal act.
But the most terrible thing was that the art gallery decided that it was "art", I just can磘 understand who can be SO insane to think that!
But this do not stop here! This criminal, Gullermo Vargas Habacuc , was invited to the biennal this year to perform again this slaughter!
We must do something to stop this. PLEASE! sign the petition!

No cometan un crimen con ningun otro ser vivo, ni alienten a nadie a una forma enferma de crueldad. Eso no es arte en ningun modo, y esa persona, que se hace llamar "artista" no esta haciendo nada mas que un acto enfermo y cruel, que no tiene nada de artistico en modo alguno.
Una bienal de arte debe promover el arte y la belleza de este, no actos criminales y asesinos.
No permitan una crueldad asi en modo alguno!
