2032 republican presidental hopeful

This is my petition. I will be running for president in the year 2032 for the republican party. I will work to form the u.m.e.a, an united military and police force that will recieve its orders straight from the white house. This will take the load off the state and local governments from having to worry about public safety. This is to also help our country economiccally and to cease the confusion of having to worry about jurisdiction to catch criminals or terrorist. The organanization will be run by the federal government so that will mean better pay and benifits for our officers and soilders, as well as personalle. I will also work to get a  tax program started that will offer all tax payers at least a 2 year break without having to pay any taxes to the government, rich or poor. During a three year period I will raise the taxes on the rich and the middle to poor classes won't have to pay any taxes, but can still file for a return, the next three years will be known as the tax depression  when the rich wont have to pay taxes at all but the middle to poor class will, to keep the flow of money coming to the federal govenment coming in.  If your gonna win some game show money or close a major buisness deal, during your three year period(depending on your income class) it would be during that time, because you won't have to pay any taxes at all from it at all, rich or poor you will have a three year period for which you wont have to pay any taxes to the government but can still file for a return.
