Allow Tailgate Parties at the 26 May, 2011 Jimmy Buffett Concert

We would like to ensure that there will be no problems tail gateing at  the Jimmy Buffett Concert on 26 May, 2011. Please be leniant with this venue, they have signed a 3 year deal, and we the city would like to make sure that they come back.

To the May 26th Jimmy Buffett Concert /with Tailgate option in the parking lots.
