A second Halloween

Please sign this petition, to have a "second Halloween." Have you ever been sick, so you weren't allowed to go trick-or-treating? Well, I have and it's no fun! So, If you sign this petition, we will probably got to allow a 'second' halloween to the calender. I would be on every Friday the thirteenth. So, not only would there be a second halloween, but quite a few! Thank you.
