Add Oro in Super Street Fighter IV

Upon hearing news about the new sequel: SSFIV, many fans started having hopes for SF3 universe characters making their appearance in this new title.
Personally, I feel Oro is one of those characters that need to be added in the roster. He has a very distinctive and unique fighting style, not to mention his strange appearance and his funny personality.
We have enough shotos, grapplers, chicks etc etc.
Oro is one of those characters that perhaps won't be requested by many fans to make a return in the series (although he has a huge fanbase), but imho I believe he'll turn out to be a very fine addition in SSFIV.
I mean ok, he's ugly and dirty and lazy but at the same time he's also funny and I can't help but think that he'd look amazing inside the roster of SSFIV!
