C.O.A.L. Reparations Petition
We, the undersigned, do hereby demand our reparations from the Government of the United States of America and all United States Corporations that have benefitted from the practice of chattel slavery.
We feel that we deserve reparations for 310 years of chattel slavery, in which over 200 million African people were killed, injured, displaced, and forced to work without wages for their entire lives, generation after generation.
We further deduce that the results of chattel slavery has caused social imbalance and inability of the descendants of slaves to compete fairly for economic equality and social justice, due to the prevailing mindset of racist institutions devised to continue to oppress and negatively effect our lives.
YAHVAH, The Eternal One, knows that we are just in this cause. The amount of reparations will be determined by church, community, and civic leaders, and administered through the faith based organizations.
