Health issue becuase of my race/insurance

 had Brain Surgeon last year and I', trying to get my life together and one of the issue is my teeth. I was give doctor James White office was other dentist who do not extract teeth. Dr. James White office was not friend with me at with the service that I was to receive fromDr. James White office never gave me a call back about the service for health. The information that was send in to my insurance office was other dentist office info. They never call be back after my appoint that was set-up. I had to call them back .when my I was seen with there office three week ago. I call and because of my Insurance that I had he office did want to give me service. When I call Dr, White Office state that they send in the information and my insurance is the worry insurance compay (molina). I called my insurance compay and they informal me that the Dr. White office send the info from another denist office which is not their to do and my insurance company denial the request. Reason: Your denist has been notified to resdbmit with the appropriate tooth/quadrant/arch for the service requested in january 2012. I receive a call from Dr. Mr. White office at on 2/9/2012 they do not work to help me and call uninversity hospital. I called my insurance to example to them what Dr. White office said and they called and them to example what they need to do and his office told them no I can go somewere else. I had brain surgeon last year snd i'm trying to get my life back together but the office said no we dont want your service. I was never give any paper after exam. I was told I dont need that. thay send in a othe dentist infor and not their own. I beleive this is becuase of my race (Africa Amercian).
