II STATE CONCERNED/ARTICLES VIOLATED :

Suppression of Rights  and justice denied.  Violation of human rights and animal rights due to social evil/social discrimination and exploitations in an organised manner by a group of vested interests/motivated persons mainly the apartment owners and other occupants. Grouping, defaming, threatening and attacking against me, a single woman. Baseless and senseless politicizations. Trespassing to induce health problems to my tiny pet and me  thus incapacitate the pet and  me. Torturing us in the process. Disrupting basic amenities such as power supply.  Threatened into forced confinement without adequate food. Also sexual exploitation a few times in the past(1999-2003,2005), but under check now.

Discrimination and extreme injustice for several months in 2002 and 2006 by the employer managers of State Bank of Hyderabad to unlawfully restrain from discharging the duties and wilfully marking absent in the attendance register. To be physically threatened to be thrown out of the bank premises. Thus cause inadvertent loss of pay, humiliation and job insecurity. The said bank managers and other colleagues are the root cause for torturing my pet and me in connivance with the apartment neighbours. The bank managers and others are the root cause to politicise for their own gains.

The property (plot no-4, survey nos 164 to 166, Tarnaka Secunderabad) was in dispute for eleven years and case won in 2003. My father, my younger brother (working in K.S.A.) and I are the legal heirs to the aforesaid property that lies unused and a real mystery till date. My father and younger brother need to cooperate so as to legally register in our names. Thereby I am unable to utilise the property till they cooperate.  I suspect that a group of well positioned persons to have connived and misused the property documents without my knowledge and the overwhelming greed for money.    

III EXHAUSTION OF DOMESTIC REMEDIES/APPLICATION TO INTERNATIONAL PROCEDURES :

1)    Several representations vide email and fax to both National Human Rights Commission and Andhra Pradesh State Human Rights Commission since 2003 has evoked negative response. Also several phone calls and personal visits to the state level HRCommn.

2)    Several police complaints lodged for nearly fifteen years about several incidents of harassments and provocations.

3)    Representation to the State National Womens Commission.

4)    Representation to the former Chief Minister.

5)    Representation to the present Prime Minister about the extreme injustice by the employers State Bank of Hyderabad.

6)    Personal visits to Asmitha(womens welfare organisation), HASS and several other organisations.

7)    Representations to the State legal Services.

8)    Representations to the National Law Trust.

9)    Several representations to animals welfare organisations such PFA, Blue Cross, SPCA.

10)                       Representation to the Vigilant Commission.

11)Representation vide email to tb-petitions@ohchr.org and several other international organisations.

IV FACTS OF THE COMPLAINT : 

1985 : Completed graduation in commerce as a merit scholarship student.

1986 : Diploma Course in Computer Science and Recruited as a Clerk with the State Bank Of Hyderabad. The job required long distance commutation for sixteen years exposed to pollutions. Extreme injustice as stated above.

1988 : My mother and aunt expired on the same day. That was the beginning for the landlords callous harassment towards me. The landlord named Maniklal had filed an eviction notice the same time even when the dead bodies were kept for few days till my father arrived from Saudi Arabia.

1989 to 1991 %u2013 We had shifted into Flat-108 Pratibha Apts Opp. St Patricks School Sebastian Road Secunderabad. Here my hastily arranged marriage to Gregory Jesudoss a Central Bureau Investigator was done by my family members.  I could drag the marriage for two months after which I was deserted and cheated after consummation of marriage. To describe Gregory Jesudoss as a violent, temperamental and impulsive newly wed or already wed groom was apt and in addition the deceitful nature of seeking money when he had disagreed to collect any dowry before the marriage and thereafter the totally irresponsible manner of using me as a disposable item after consummation of marriage without bothering to shoulder the responsibility of financial commitments or any other matter came as a rude shock to me. Also I had to undergo an inevitable abortion caused from the consummation of the marriage.

My only younger brother left to K.S.A. He had a cross Doberman and he used to take the pet out unleashed. Nobody complained or objected is clear indication of GENDER INEQUALITY at the Pratibha Apts. In fact my brother attracted both boy and girl friends at ease with the dobberman beside him. The kids too loved the dobberman. But I am unable to comprehend the gender bias and antagonism towards my pets (an excellent show quality highly pedigreed American bloodline female dobberman) and her daughter the reddish tan perfect pet named BRUNY even when I would take them out leashed.

After my brother left to Saudi Arabia I was alone and had to commute long distance to and fro Patancheru. Here again I was excessively pressurized and harassed by the flat owners namely the Dr. Chary & family without any good reason to evict me. Thereafter my father on his vacation shifted to First Floor Deepthi Apts. S.P. Road Secunderabad.

1991 to 1998 %u2013 I had to sign on a GPA along with my father and brother to fight a legal battle over a property at Tarnaka bought by my late mother against the tenant named Gandhi & family. The legal case went on for eleven years and we won in the year 2003. But my father and brother are yet to cooperate and sort out. The land lies unused and is a real mystery.

But then the flatowner  Mrs Malini Sreebhashyam and her husband Vinod Kumar began to harass me. They also instigated a Police Officer named Kasinath to abuse and threaten me at my residence. I was victimized by the Apt Association Members without any good reason. Amenities like power supply were disrupted and I also suspect Trespassing into my residence began.  I was prompt in my payments and working at Patancheru.  My younger brother got married and stayed for a short time with me before leaving to Saudi Arabia.

1998 to 1999 %u2013 I shifted into the Poojitha Estates Sundernagar Erragadda and from the start I was threatened and harassed by the flat occupants and the flatowner Dr. Ravindranath r/o H.No.1-68/1/1 Motinagar and family all medical professionals working for the ESI. The pretext was my Doberman pets but I suspect trespass and sexual exploitation under sedation or anesthesia. However, all my complaints with the SRnagar Police failed to evoke any action against the disruption of amenities by the Poojitha Apts Assocn and workers. Actually it was all a diversionary strategy adopted to trespass and for exploitative reasons. The day before the illegal and brutal confiscation of my excellent show quality female American bloodline expensive highly pedigreed  dobermanns the apartment occupants held me captive from 6p.m. till 1a.m. in the night  in the complex premises. I had my menstruation and was not allowed to use the toilet. It was only when I started screaming and shouting that a police man arrived and made them open the doors. During the time I was mauled and manhandled and my purse with all important door keys were snatched. They had trespassed. It was from that time that I began to suffer from health problems. The TORTURE had begun. But they all enjoyed impunity.

The very next day over a false allegation by the occupants of Poojitha Estates, Erragadda, the Municipal and the police illegally confiscated my pets after threatening to break open the door. The flat owner, the apartment occupants and the government employees resorted to extreme brutality towards my female dobermanns without any valid reason but only framed charges. They all brutally dragged and lifted up with rough coarse ropes through the narrow opening into the small cages of the diseased prone Municipal van meant to capture strays. 

My beautiful dobermanns with shiny with excellent coat began to bleed from the wounds. The skin on their paws got scraped and they were bleeding because of the brutal way of dragging. They did not give any prior notification but simply defamed and indulged in extreme sadism.

They didnot give any prior notification and simply defamed. They kept my pets exposed in captivity in the scorching sun inside the dirty smelling and diseased prone cage for hours. After the deliberate delay and after accepting my  letter stating to accommodate my pets elsewhere that my pets were released from the death clutches. Thereafter I had to engage a private vehicle on hire and with the help of one Srinivas the SPCA inspector that I took them to the BHEL Township where I was working for the SBH branch there. After several requests and pleadings the bank manager agreed to let out the bank quarter temporarily. 
                                    

1999 to 2000  Thereafter I was forced to keep my dobermanns in an independent house at RCpuram. But here again the neighbouring people Narsing Rao and another on the opposite began to abuse in filthy manner and threaten without any good reason. Again the houseowners began to pester and threaten me to vacate and even refused to sell the house to me. Here my excellent show quality highly pedigreed dobermann was tortured to death.  I had to shift thrice in RCpuram. Due to the dilapidated condition I had to shift for the fourth time to Pratibha Apts in Secunderabad. My health condition too was turning bad because of trespassers. It was virtual torture.

2000 to 2004  Here again at Pratibha Apts I began to feel the TORTURE  of bad health. But gradually it began to dawn on me that the bad health was induced by trespassers. Also there was ample opportunity to sexually exploit under sedation or anesthesia and I donot have any solid evidence in the matter.  For the first time in my life I suffered from strange and unusual gynic problems.

Here again the flat owner Sachdev cum family residing in flats 401 and 501 began to pester me to vacate. Even as I kept searching for accommodation the opposite neighbours began to deliberately provoke scenes and threaten more so after the general elections and the change of government. This M.N. Reddy was politically motivated and deliberately choose to pick up a fight on the 21st (my marriage date) when his wife came out with a curtain rod to hit us.   

Thereafter my perfect most obedient and docile female reddish tan dobberman the perfect pet named bruny was tortured to death by a group of people. The Shantinagar Government Vetrinary including the Animalcare vet couple at banjara hills neglected my perfect pet bruny and drove her to a torturesome death. The Vet woman Laxmi deliberately neglected my pet and thereafter refused to offer any treatment.

 Afterwhich the flatowner filed an eviction suit even as I kept searching for accommodation. The fact  is that many flat occupants manage to remain static and unstigmatised despite any misdemeanour while turning a single occupant like me into a scapegoat. Many are averse towards pets even a mini sized pomerian and thus defame with all false and exaggerated allegations.  Due to this large scale defaming by these motivated people for whatever vile reasons it has become difficult to get a suitable accommodation. People are reluctant and skeptical to let out to a single divorcee eventhough working for 21yrs with the SBH. Many are still steeped in narrowed old beliefs and other socials evils still prevalent against single divorcees etc.

2004 to 2005  I managed to shift my residence to Satyasai ghar at Padmaraonagar after engaging a broker. But here again the broker and the neighbours misled me about the amenity and I was put to difficulty. Here again I guess trespass took place by opening the bolt of the main door from the adjacent window. I began to fall seriously sick with symptoms of vommitting and pain. That is when I decided to carry my food items with me in a big bag. Also I placed a lock on the inside. The change was evident in my improved health condition and there was just the problem of carrying heavy baggage. Here again the landlord Lokanandam did not refund my rental deposit. I was forced to waste time, energy and money to serve a legal notice. It was only later that this landlord returned only a part of the deposit and I was unnecessarily put to monetary loss.

I shifted yet again to Gharonda Veera Apts at Padmaraonagar on 31st December 2004. Right from the start the cable operators began to harass after taking the deposit amount. 

Here again there was trespass from the main door  and I had to fix a bolt on the inside. Even then there is possibility of trespass from windows.  I lack solid evidence but as I was carrying food items my health was not much affected and I managed to lead a somewhat normal life. But the sweeper named Renuka kept disturbing me by ringing the doorbell to chit chat with me. She did no work but to chit chat. I refused to open the door but she kept ringing my door bell so I had to complain to the Association Members and the Flatowner Jyothi residing in flat302 of the same apartment. The response shocked me because they began to pester me to vacate the flat within few months of occupation eventhough I was prompt in payments. Also I had to  stay without cable connection and without TV for over 6mths.  There was discrimination and bias towards me because the apartment occupants gathered to support an young woman staying with her mother when their cable was disconnected but they all did not support me. I am unable to understand the cause for prejudice.

The same time one domestic servant deliberately fought with me. These servants in general are habituated to interrogate me instead of silently doing their work. They begin to question my single status and then point out  how come that I am staying all alone in such a big house. Whether I reply or not, whether I give a retort or not, eventually it does not stop them from gossiping about my odd case in their localities or among themselves. So this servant already had taken tips and things that could fetch money but she falsely blamed me for non payment and needed a chance to abuse me in filthy words in the corridor. It became a habit for this servant to attack me with her daughter and abuse in the corridor. However the other flat occupants did not bother to instruct the watchman to check her shoutings. But when I called for the police from the Chilkalguda Police Station, the flatowner and her husband immediately came out clad in nightie and lungi to support the domestic servant. I am unable to understand the grudge held against me.  It is to point out the humiliations suffered by me.

2006  The new Manager named Y Ranganathan, S Pasupathi and others at the Habsiguda branch adopted illegal strategy to deprive me of my livelihood by unlawfully restraining me from discharging my duties at the workplace (branch). Despite several complaints to the Higher Authorities, the Union Office, the Human Rights Commission, National Womens Commission, the State Legal Services Authority, the Vigilant Commission, the Prime Ministers Office I was forced to remain jobless for nine months and had incurred a loss of over four lakhs. However on 11th September, a Transfer Order was issued and I resumed my bankjob and still continue to suffer whimsical monetary loss . The same time the flatowner and her husband began to harass and threaten me to vacate. I was prompt in paying the rent sent by my father. It was difficult to get another accommodation due to my jobless status during the nine months forced stay at home.

I was attacked by the advocates (flat-501 Gharonda Veera Apts Padmaraonagar Secunderabad-25in Andhra Pradesh India couples (C.V.L. Narasimha Rao) & their son (London returned) and another old man(Gopal Rao in flat-601) residing in the penthouse on the common terrace that too suddenly on the day when some local election results were to be counted and disclosed (4th July).  I was forced to call the police. Of course it was all a senseless dramatization of politics and no action was taken.

This advocate family had set a muddy area so that their Labrador pet would use it as a toilet. I was also not a frequent visitor to this common terrace but that particular day I was suddenly attacked, abused and abstained from going to the terrace. So my pet kutty did not have a proper open space to enjoy her rare running games with me. These so-called decent flat occupants could have sent a written circular about disallowing the common terrace for usage by others instead of suddenly pouncing on me when alone. It only reveals the concealed perversity of their minds towards single status ladies.

This woman ANURADHA w/o C.V.L. Narsimha Rao advocate menacingly threatened to BREAK MY LEGS and coincidentally exactly one year back my younger brother  too  had meaninglessly fought with me( was it merely a sibling bickering) and as a consequence my health was suddenly under attack from 24th July 2006 till 24th August 2006 when I could not walk properly. I suffered from severe pain  with paralytic symptoms and my kutty a tiny pomerian with me was a tremendous solace. This occurred after consuming water kept at home or the melon bought from the nearby supermarket Gharonda.  Orelse it could simply have been the TRESPASSING AT NIGHT after sedating me. In short I was virtually TORTURED.

I somehow managed to recover on my own without any help. A nearby Lady Doctor Dr Beula Paul and an Ayurvedic Doctor did help me. And I managed to attend household chores and outside errands limping through and also walking my pet in the corridor. That was when I realized the serious THREAT posed by the neighbouring advocate family and others on the fifth floor.  I  stopped taking my pet out for walks and decided to do the walking in the corridor.

2006 to 2007  Suddenly on 11/09 I was issued the Transfer Order at the Habsiguda branch. I also began to search for another house but this flatowner Jyothi w/o K.V.V.S.Satya Narayana deliberately misled me and told me her problem of repaying the housing loan and asked for enhancement of rent by Rs.500/=. To which I agreed and stopped looking for another accommodation. But suddenly in February  2007 the flatowner cum family began to pester and harass me to vacate. Again I had to start my futile search for another accommodation. On 6th April 2007 at around 8p.m. both the flatowner and her husband began to threaten me of dire consequences. The husband Satyanarayana a Manager with the BSNL unnecessarily began to shout and threatened to kill me. Consecutively I was compelled to lodge a written complaint with the Police Commissioner duly acknowledged. However the police simply hatched eggs on all my complaint letters without even bothering to conduct an enquiry.

My futile search for another accommodation is still on. Some  bank employees recommended an apartment  that had damaged walls on the outside and the inside.  It was only on my third or fourth visit I realized the folly in choosing that apartment because most of the flats were vacant and some were in the process of moving out. While few others residing did not divulge such a vital information about the elevation work planned to be undertaken. Soon I realized the general set up and the organized ploy to land my kutty and me into unwanted problems.  It began to dawn on me the degenerating value and the prevailing social evil against a lone woman still governing large on the minds of the people. I understand that the gender bias is universal and global.

The daily exercise of househunt began untiring in the scorching summer heat. It was crystal clear that I was deliberately tortured by a group of well organized sadists with or without motivation. Most of the house owners preferred familied tenants or vegetarians or hindus or caste based. I was subjected to scrutinity and probing into my personal and family life. Ultimately, these probing house owners would refuse to let out their houses. Orelse another form of harassment being the deliberate quoting of exhorbitant rent instead of refusing to let out. As a single person I had to shoulder the burden of not just household chores but also the endless househunt. Thus I would not find time to cook and eat or even maintain the housekeeping. I simply could not penetrate the mindset of our Indian community and their baseless bias towards single status women. These house owners ought to be concerned only with my credit worthiness about prompt payment of rent and reasonable maintainence of the house. But my father and younger brother did not bother to sort out and the property is still in the name of my late mother.

I have already approached the National Law Trust at Santhoshnagar and the Crime Stoppers. I have also submitted my complaint letters to the Police Commissioner and the copy duly acknowledged. Also sent several representations to the SHRC/NHRC. However my position still remians precarious and I have not got any responses from the above stated offices till date. WHILE AT THE APARTMENT THE INHUMAN SADISTS ARE DISRUPTING BASIC AMENITIES LIKE POWER SUPPLY ETC. ON 5TH MAY 2007 ON MY RETURN FROM OFFICE AT 6.45P.M. THE POWER SUPPLY WAS CUT DUE TO TAMPERING WITH THE ELECTRICITY METRE. THE NEIGHBOURS AND OTHER OCCUPANTS SIMPLY IGNORED ALL MY REQUESTS TO SEEK THE SERVICE OF THE ELECTRICIAN EVENTHOUGH THE APARTMENT ASSOCIATION GRANDLY COLLECT THE MONTHLY MAINTAINENCE. THUS MY TINY POMERIAN AND I ARE TORTURED WITHOUT FAN IN THE HOT SUMMER AND OTHER ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES LIKE FRIDGE, WASHING MACHINE, MICROWAVE OVEN, TV, ETC. THE PROBLEM IS THE UNAVAILABILITY OF A RELIABLE ADVOCATE BECAUSE THE FIFTH FLOOR OCCUPANTS ARE THE ADVOCATE COUPLE MISUSING THEIR PROFESSIONAL POSITION. THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THE FORCED STARVATION BECAUSE OF THE THREATS POSED. I COULD NOT GO OUT TO BUY OR WORK AND MY PET TOO HAD TO REMAIN WITHOUT HER ROUTINE FOOD. AS MY HEALTH HAS ALREADY BEEN DAMAGED IN THE LAST TWO DECADES DUE TO THE  ATROCITIES I HAD TO BE WITHOUT DRINKING WATER AND IT HAS ALL BADLY AFFECTED MY HEALTH CONDITION.

Another fresh threat posed by the family residing as tenants in the flat 502(B) who were earlier in the second floor. Their apartment is a single bedroom and the pressure of water is comparatively lesser. But this woman named Mrs J Sushma under misconception that I residing in the apartment below was wasting water began to bang and kick on my door attacking me using abusive words. This family above can prove a real threat to my pet and me. Such impulsive and easily aroused arrogant persons should be dealt sternly with and they can prove to be the real menace and cruelty to animals.

The deliberate bias and malice harboured by the neighbouring apartment occupants is a real menace unchecked. The real reason for the animosity is JEALOUSY. I as a single person do not have any domestic problem and I am independant in all ways earning my livelihood as a bank employee. Ours is a small family with my only younger brother abroad. There is absolutely no cause for anxiety or worry but for the constant menace and THREAT caused by the apartment neighbours. The impotency and inaction of the police department shown in my case is the root cause for this menace to continue for the last 20yrs. They fail to book a case. But the temerity to accept a fake complaint lodged by these apartment occupants against me within no time is distinctly a case of grudge towards me. Also the plumber does not come to repair the tap leakage nor do I get any other kind of help. I have desperately contacted several welfare organisations but to no avail. The few days that I suffered without power supply and consequently the starvation of my pet and me and the threat posed by the flat owner%u2019s husband had forced me to remain indoors without food or power supply. The worst was the lack of drinking water too and it has badly dehydrated me in the summer heat. But the hostility shown by few social workers, the PA at the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Delhi over the phone, the too busy chairperson of Womens State Commission  and others is shocking. Even the Crime Stoppers Incharge named Gandhi ignored all my lamentations with a lame excuse that it is a womens issue and nobody bothered to do anything at all. It was only on repeated phone calls to the police that they took nearly 48hrs to check at my residence and only than the power supply was restored on 9th. I am sure that the police are not going to book any case against the neighbouring apartment occupants. But what I observed was that these people managed to lodge a fake complaint against me successfully within an hour by approaching the DCP. On the contrary I had approached the DCP, the Police Commissioner%u2019s Office, the DGP%u2019s Office several times and the DCP had responded that I should go to the court. Is it not a criminal offence to threaten and compel me to remain confined within four walls or disrupt basic amenities or threaten illegal action. Is it not a crime for a group of persons to attack me with abuses or kicking on my door. Or to bolt the door and nobody was responding to my screams for help. Any logical or rationale person can judge that it is totally incredible and impossible for a single woman to fight alone with so many.  Also as a consequence it is not just my health affected due to the mental stress and physical strain but I am unable to attend my bank job thus jeopardising my career life. Also subjected to swallow huge monetary loss.

In order to save my career life and the forced stay from 9th May till 25th May has caused monetary loss by way of loss of pay, so I approached this advocate K. R Ashok r/o regimental bazaar and office at vani nilayam Sebastian road Secunderabad. He took Rs.1000/= and obtained my signatures on the legal notices containing misleading and incorrect information. Later I realised the same after reading in my leisure. Professionals like doctors and advocates are supposed to be trusted and are termed as noble professionals.   Now he has refused to file for an injunction that could protect my pet and me from any kind of torture or trespass. The problem is that I have to start all over again. Another advocate simply kept conversing over the cell phone. Most of the advocates refuse to give receipts for the fees collected and simply leave half way through. There is no remedy to set right such negligent professionals.

      Again on 26th June 2007, my pet began to vomit and I treated her accordingly. The Flatowner continued to pester with several phone calls and bangings on my door. My pet a tiny pomerian and I continue to live in threats posed by the flatowner and her husband alongwith other vested motivated persons. There appears to be meaningless politicization coupled with office politics because of my share in the property.

Just when I began to attend bank on regular basis and prepare for %u2018the banking examinations, I was shocked to find that my tiny pomerian had contracted infection. How? I do not use any detergents nor give any bad food. On 11/09 the butcher of Hi-tech Mutton Shop opposite State Bank Of Hyderabad Himayathnagar branch could have sold stale meat or whatever meat it was resulted in the infection of my pet. I was reluctant to buy the small piece of meat but there was something sly about the butcher who persuaded me to buy. I had not consumed but my pet had eaten the cooked meat. Since then my pets condition is fluctuating between improvement and sudden eruption of the reddish inflammation all over her tiny body. Or is it the trespassers or the others through the balcony? In august I had complained against an auto driver a resident of Banjara Hills for faulty metre, rude behaviour and rash driving. Afterwhich there were a series of harassments caused by the auto drivers. Could this have led to the demeaning inhuman act by the butcher?

On the other hand, the flatowner continued her threats even after assuring me otherwise. I had requested for extension of my stay due to the examinations and to which she had agreed. But suddenly on the say so of a few apartment occupants she had approached an advocate. They have begun to harass and threaten. The apartment watchman named Hassan instigated to harass and provoke me on 06/10. It is total insanity to politicise whenever any elections take place and 06/10 elections in Pakistan . Whether I remain silent or give in to provocation the psychopathic torture of innocent pet continues. Or else I am seriously threatened of facing death. I suspect trespassing by the vested interests in my absence into my residential flat which is a serious criminal offence. This happens wherever I shift or reside. A whole network of terrorism. The present general secretary in flat303 has been falsely alleging that I have not paid the maintainence money when he has refused to accept the post sent by me. I got the not claimed envelope returned through the postman. Since the latest happenings of news events in Pakistan the above mentioned watchman is instigated to provoke me. My concern is for my tiny pet otherwise it is easy to ignore the senseless politicizations. On 14/10 this watchman and flat-407 occupants were posing and appearing conspicuous across us in the morning while I was walking my pet in the corridor. Consequently I fell sick from 14/10. How? On my return on 15/10 I was shocked to find my pet had motions/vommittings but the apartment occupants and the watchmen failed to respond. But on 16/10 morning, the flat occupants (105,302,303,402,401,505,305,601,501,502B,505) out of the 36 apartments got provoked over my anguish within the four walls and grouped together to lodge an attack. I was ultimately compelled to call the police. These same occupants do not bother to respond whenever approached and do not group together to do a good deed or offer help when I am temporarily incapacitated or when my pet is sick. Instead they turn perverse and sadistic over the slightest provocations supporting the watchmen, sweepers, or the domestic servants against me. I suspect meaningless politicization coupled with extreme social evil/social discrimination still prevalent in our conservative Indian society. People are still governed by olden days beliefs and narrowed outlook that a divorcee or a widow are a symbol of bad omen and could bring misfortune and bad luck amidst the familied lot. There is also a fraction of racism involved in cases devoid of family support.

The constant threats posed and the continual disturbance of my peaceful existence is turning so unpredictable. The worst is the slow torture resultant from such social menace for nearly two decades caused by a group of sadists who all end enjoying impunity. While my innocents dobbermans were tortured and killed in the worst manner and I was helpless. Of late my tiny pet is under threat and under treatment.

These apartment neighbours succeeded to connive and exert petty political influence to abstain me from appearing for the bank exam. The Indian Institute of Banking & Finance at Mumbai & Chennai alongwith Sify Internet Service Providers defrauded by wilfully allotting an exam venue in the city outskirts and misleading about the venue even when I had personally visited to clarify. Also these people succeeded to cripple the transportation and cause tremendous loss to me thus jeopardising my career life. Thereby I request the authorities that it is imminent that some action to be taken against these neighbours for exhibiting the social evil against a single divorcee. It is also to point out that there are other tamilians (Tamilnadu) in flats 105, 601 etc associated with my ex husband a psychopath to connive and inervene to jeopardise my career life. Thus even after drafting this petition on 25/10/07 the above said people succeeded to cause another damage / loss to me. As if not enough on 03/12/07 a government vet named D.S. Thirumala visited and deliberately injected my mini pomerian in a manner that caused bleeding and she cried out in pain. There seems no end to wilful malice, bias, callousness and injustice to my pet and me. We are constantly subjected to losses and painful tortures in small dosages without any reprieve or support. Please help. This is a genuine grievance. 

On 6th December they again managed to cause physical torture when I returned home carrying heavy bags and had to climb the four floors to my flat. What annoyed me was the way these young housewives gathered together to stare at me with a sly grin stuck on their faces and that at such an odd time when generally they gossip in the evenings. The elevator was deliberately sabotaged to cause me the physical discomfort and I silently swallowed the unnecessary torture caused to my health and for my age by these sadistic young housewives. However it did not take long for the flat 502B, 105, 501 and others   to gather and abuse me in filthy language just because of a flimsy allegation that I was keeping all the taps open. Actually there was low pressure for over two hours and when I peeped out of the balcony to see the flat 502B and 105 shouting at the watchman they got the chance to abuse and threaten me. The malicious intention was to abstain me from attending my bank job. They almost succeeded like the way these sadists had connived to abstain me from appearing for the exam. But I somehow managed to attend work and convince our Managers alongwith my pet dog. Thereafter without any food or water I had approached the State Human Rights, the Gandhi Bhavan (Congress Party Headquarters) and two police stations and had to return only in the evening. As always the Offices were simply hostile and ignored my plight. At the Congress Party Headquarters the women leaders did not want me to enter their rooms with my mini pomerian. What amused me was that the women leader trusted me that she did not consider it necessary to comment about the heavy bags carried by me. The brief attempt to get some help in desperation left me with mixed feelings.

 

On 9th Dec '07 due to excess fatigue I could not visit the police station after the merry go around carrying heavy bags and my tiny pet with around Offices without eating or drinking water the whole day on 8th Dec.'07. Is this not inhumanity?  But again while inside the bathroom the flat occupants in 502B and 501 began to bang on the main door. This kind of banging, abusing and threatening lasted from 1p.m. or so till 1.35p.m. I managed to get bits of video recorded on my cell phone. Also forced to call the police commissioner because the police station personnel were rudely disconnecting. 

 

What is next? Unless and until action is initiated against the group under prevention of crime act or atleast an enquiry conducted, the sadism towards a single woman like me and innocent pets would continue unabated and endlessly till I am tortured to death and the lifespan thus reduced due to undue stress caused.

V.  REMEDY :  Firstly the related offices ought to initiate action against such groups organising to behave in a perverse and sadistic manner towards a single woman or indulge in illegal attacks.

Secondly,  the employers state bank ought not to exploit and discriminate.

Thirdly, the property share should be fairly and equally enjoyed without any gender bias in the family.

Last but most important the tiny pet to be protected under prevention of cruelty act.
