Justic for Joplin, the 7 week old rat terrior shoot then skinned for a belt

We need to sign this in hope they will get convicted for Joplins death   they deserve it for killing a 7 week old  puppy that deserved a normal life cause no dog or any animal deserves to be skinned we need justice for this poor puppy.
