Let Reading Rainbow Fly Again
Reading Rainbow has been encouraging children to read book for more than 25 years, and has recently been pulled of the air, on August 28th 2009. It presented a synopsis of the beginning of a children's book, and therefore created an interest in them to read books. With the United States' younger generation lagging behind other countries in terms of intellectual curiosity, we need Reading Rainbow now more than ever. Let the United States come to the forefront of academics again, support Reading Rainbow
Reading Rainbow has been a great program, that has been encouraging children to read. It piqued the intellectual curiosity of many generations, don't deprive the coming generation of the same opportunity that you gave several generations in the past. Please bring Reading Rainbow back on the air.
