perpetrator of violent crimes will remain in jail

My 23 year old son was shot and killed by a stranger who carried a gun in his bathing suit on May 6 2007 I still have not received justice the trial keeps being put off by his laywers he is a 44 year old time bomb without control of his emotions. My feelings are that anyone who commits a violent crime needs to remain in jail. That would bring justice for everyone the family of the
victim in addition to a speedy trial for prepetrator. In addition it would take
care of judges who are paid off?
