right to ride

We the undersigned are asking for permission to ride our ATV'S and motorbikes on the access road by the Lincoln County High School. A lot of us have used this road for the purpose of getting to a ATV trail behind the school for several years and our families have used this road for as long as they can remember. This road has been used and traveled on by nearly everybody around. We cant really understand why some people are allowed to travel on this road while several others are not. We would not ride during school hours we do not wish to disturb school we just simply want access to our trail.The road that we are talking about is now known as Panther drive I have searched old maps and found that is use to be Well road running into Parker Hollow road better known to the residents of Hamlin as Poker hollow. We try to teach our kids to stay in school and away from drugs but when the new school went in and the took away our right to ride the access road to what we call Poker they have nothing to do to keep them away from all the temptations and out of trouble. Please help us keep them out of trouble and away from drugs by giving them something better to do give us permission to ride again.
