Seperate DBE Goals for Minorities and Women

Because African-American and other minority businesses have not received an equitable share of the contracts awarded by MODOT and IDOT under the DBE standard, We, the undersigned, wish to express our support for IDOT and MODOT having separate goals for minorities and women on the Mississippi River Bridge (MRB) project.
