Service Bullie "Puppy" fighting for his Life

Service Dog Puppy was taken from his armless owner Bernann Mc.Kinney after he snapped at a drug addicted kennel girl where he was boarded with no incident for weeks. He is now without food or water sitting in his poop and pee at the Pomona Pound.
