It is time that Hollywoods top celebrities use the platform they have been given in a positive way. They have alot of influence over the youth of the world and it is irresponsible to use it to sell cosmetic products that do not do what they promise and are also tested on animals. Everyone needs to step up and do thier part to make a real change in the world and that incluedes the rich and beautiful. We all know the horrors inflicted on bunnies, kittens, puppies, apes and more in the torture chambers called laboratories, these celebrities have the power to do something about it yet they do the complete opposite! The public needs to boycott not only the products but also the people who make the cosmetic companies millions of dollars a year! We must demand that they take responsibility. Directors need to stop casting actors who advertise for cruel companies, we as consumer need to stop spending money on thier products such as CDs and Movies. We the undersigned request that the stars of Hollywood cease to advertise for companies that preform tests on animals such as Revlon, Loreal, Max factor etc. We believe that you have alot of influence over our youth and it is irresponsible to use the platform you have been given to advertise products that do not only fail to fulfill the promises made by the cosmetic companies such as flawless skin or longer eyelashes but are also tested on animals. Please be aware that animal testing is no longer required by law and there are alternative methods of testing. We think that if you put pressure on the cosmetic companies by only promoting products that are cruelty free you could make a significant change. Please assist as much as you can in ending the barbaric tests preformed on the innocent. You can make a difference to the bunny who has lost it's eyes, the kitten whos skin has been burnt off, the puppy who cannot walk. the monkey who can touch his own brain. You can stop these horrendous tests from ruining more lives. Thank you for taking the time to read our letter, we hope that now that you are aware of this you will make the right choice.
