     Due to pressure from citizens and environmental concerns American Electric Power and Allegheny Power have changed their plans.
     THEY WILL NO LONGER TRY TO GO THROUGH MORGAN AND BERKELEY COUNTIES. THE CACAPON IS SAVED IN MORGAN. HOWEVER IT IS STILL UNDER THREAT IN HAMPSHIRE.
    PLEASE CONTINUE THE FIGHT AGAINST PATH.
