The First Amendment addresses our rights to Freedom of Religion, Speech, Press, Assembly and Petition.
It is our belief that Nancy Grace abuses and violates Freedom of Speech and Press. She uses the First Amendment to promote and advance her personal and professional life. Her show is a televised protest and lynching and she is the leader of the pack!! Her show often causes unnecessary attention and stress to individuals that she chooses to publicly charge, convict and sentence before they have went to trial. THIS IS CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT!!! Society then makes up their mind based on her views and verbal attacks. Her VICTIMS(that is what they are)are then srutinized, humiliated, stalked, threatened, and verbally beaten down by the public. The VICTIMS of Nancy Grace can't defend themselves against her verbal abuse because anything they say can be used against them. How can a person get a FAIR trial after being brought to their knees by Nancy Grace and her followers? Nancy Grace has crossed the line one too many times and she must be stopped! After Casey Anthony was found NOT GUILTY by a Jury of her peers, HLN has continued to let Nancy Grace do her bashing and hounding. HLN and Nancy Grace are profitting off of Casey Anthony and a decesaed Caylee Anthony and have been for 3 years. HLN and Nancy Grace are doing their best to destroy and completely ruin Casey Anthony!! Freedom of Speech and Press was meant to PROTECT and INFORM WE THE PEOPLE!!! It was not meant to hurt, destroy and cause total ruination of a person.....and it was not meant for HIGHER NETWORK RATINGS OR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL ADVANCEMENT!!!! Therefore we feel that HLN should muzzle Nancy Grace and take her off of the air!! We feel that HLN and Nancy Grace are GUILTY of violating and abusing the First Amendment and feel that both are GUILTY of Libel and Slanderous acts against numerous people.
AT THE END OF THE DAY ALL PEOPLE HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS!!!
TAKE HER OFF OF THE AIR BEFORE SHE CAN CAUSE ANY MORE DAMAGE.....
