The Great Divide- end division in the government

George Washington beleived that it was wrong for the government to be split into parties, advice that was well ignored. Modern day Democratic and Republican parties clearly distract everyone in Washington from the issues at hand and confuse Americans nation wide about what is fact and what is a clever lie to help save the reputation of some pittied politician. I say it is unacceptable to continue living with this divide between the right and the left.
